Description
This Meet the Experts meeting is designed to address the difficult challenges which orthopedic trauma surgeons face in fracture management and to learn from experts in this field how to overcome them.

This two-day bespoke course will cover a range of topics focusing on intramedullary nailing. It is designed for trauma surgeons with experience in intramedullary nailing who wish to further enhance their skills and knowledge.

The course has been designed to ensure that participating surgeons can select topics relevant to their practice. The topics are selected by the delegate during the sign-up for the course. The faculty will subsequently design the course to cover the delegate’s requests.

An important part of the course will involve the discussion of cases brought by the the delegates. These cases are presented by the delegate showing the pre-, per- and post-operative images with an invitation to the audience to participate in a “what to do now” discussion. The chairmen will support the case discussions by asking additional questions to the audience. We ask the delegates to bring one or two cases from their own practice.
